This is the moment guests fly in for. Choose your animal — sloth, kangaroo, lemur, or capybara — and spend dedicated, hands-on time with one of our most-loved residents alongside a trained handler.
Every encounter is safe for the animal first. We follow strict welfare guidelines, keep groups small, and give every resident plenty of rest between visits.

Most encounters are great for kids 4+. Tots love the capybara cuddle.
Common questions
Can I actually hold the sloth?+
Yes — under handler supervision. Sloths set the pace; sometimes they climb right onto you, sometimes they prefer to be admired up close.
What should I wear?+
Closed-toe shoes, clothes you don't mind getting a little farm-y. We provide hand sanitizer everywhere.
