Field trip questions

What grade levels are best?+

Programs run from preschool through 8th grade. We adapt content and pacing to your group's age range.

Is the trip guided?+

Yes — an educator leads the entire visit, from welcome through farewell, with station stops and Q&A.

Can students feed animals?+

Yes! Each student receives a feed cup for the petting zoo. Hand-washing stations are on site.

Is there a lunch area?+

Yes — covered picnic tables are available. Pack sack lunches or snacks; we provide trash and recycling.

What should students wear?+

Closed-toe shoes, layers for the weather, and clothes that can get a little dusty. Hats and sunscreen on warm days.

Do you offer homeschool days?+

Yes — we host dedicated homeschool days throughout the school year with group pricing. Ask when you inquire.

How far in advance should we book?+

Spring trips fill quickly — book 6–8 weeks ahead when possible. We do our best with shorter notice.
