Booking & cancellation

Tickets and experiences are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your visit. Private tours, birthday parties, and field trips may require a deposit.

On-farm guidelines

For everyone's safety — guests, staff, and animals — please follow posted signage and staff direction. Animal handling is supervised; do not feed, chase, or pick up animals outside guided experiences.

Photography

Personal photos are welcome and encouraged. Commercial photography requires advance permission.
