Do I need a reservation?
Yes — encounters are limited and reserved by time slot to keep things calm for our animals. Book online or call us to lock in a spot.
Are encounters safe for children?
Absolutely. Every encounter is staff-guided with age recommendations and clear instructions. Younger kids are welcome with a hands-on adult.
Can we take photos?
Yes! Phone photos are encouraged during every encounter. Please skip the flash, and your guide will help you get the perfect shot.
Which animals can we meet?
Sloths, kangaroos, lemurs, capybaras, mini Highland cows, alpacas, camels, ponies, goats, sheep, and more — exact availability varies by day.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty, weather-appropriate layers, and sunscreen. Skip dangly jewelry — lemurs are curious!
Are encounters available in bad weather?
Most encounters run rain or shine under covered areas. In severe weather we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.
